Greetings, Went to add a set to a small 7030 system, when I connected with OSDM it only showed virtual Digital sets in the numbering plan. It was as if the programming wasn't there, all the sets work ext. 202, 203,204,205 and the new ext. 206 just don't show in osdm or the older IT Tool. I was able to program the set in KMMC programming from a digital set. I never noticed the MEM led flicker at all the run light was. The release is 4.41a with a license key for voicemail. Thanks, John

Sounds like db corruption. 4.41 is old software, there have been many fixes in the newer versions (particularly 4.71) I would look at upgrading

Thanks, Don't know if we have 4.71 yet. I know we have 4.70. Unfortunately if I don't go on GSBN I don't know where their at. I don't know if it's me or not but it seems communication to their dealers is lacking. I almost need to hire a guy just to keep track of what they're doing. I'm accustomed to getting tech bulletins and software updates from the manufacturers I deal with. I guess with Samsung that's not the case. I do get them sporadically from Samsung resellers. Thanks Again, John

That's alright I seem to have a lot of problems with that little black box. Some of the dealers I talk to in the states won't even sell it. I may have to join their ranks. John

They've had a fair number of issues. 4.71 seems to help. I just wish the qc was better so we'd stop getting ones where the slt ports are dead out of the box.

I'll have to go on GSBN and see what our latest release is I would think it would be the same, but you never know. Guess it's a good thing I rarely use the Slt ports, but from now on I'll be sure to check them.
