I have an employee trying to set up voice mail on a NEC Dterm80. She pushes the greeting button and gets the message "This option is not available please see your system manager if you need more information". I was able to reset the voice mail password initially but this has me stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

IPK1/IPK2 i am assuming with cosession voicemail ?

Could be if its cosession voicemail , going by the Dterm80 you said she was trying from, from memory you need to allow setup in which ever vmail box to allow greetings. Try logging into cosession vmail and go to this users vmail box and allow greetings. if you dont know what i am meaning its best to get your local dealer out to do this for you.
