Hello,
I have a customer that was looking to add a couple of IP phones to his BCM400. Turns out the customer emailed me the wrong SystemID. He was off 1 digit. This has caused issues with adding the license file. Is anyone here have any input on how to get Nortel(Avaya) to understand the typo and update the file?
