No MGI Channels?
7100 Ver 4.60
I have a valid license and it shows 1 MGI channel enabled in 2.1.4
Here are the ports I need opened up and forwarded to the OfficeServ: TCP 5090, 5091 TCP 21 TCP 5090 TCP 5003 UDP 30000 - 300015 UDP 40000 - 400015 UDP 6000 UDP 9000 TCP 6001
It seems to say, No MGI channels available even if I call another IP phone which doesn't sound right.
6.2.2 System Control / Port Status / ITP Status shows I'm registered and with my IPs.
All my MGI's are in the MGI groups 4.1.4
Am I missing something stupid?

Are you sure the MGI ports in 4.1.4 (in all categories) are the same as is 2.8.0 C1 - MGI ports?
LAN connection to PBX is OK?

Yes, the ports on 2.8.0 C1 are all in all MGI groups 4.1.4
LAN connection seems good. The phone comes up, just no MGI when I try to hit a line or DSS key.

Have you checked your MGI ports are in your TRUNK Group?
Are the ITP handsets currently on the LAN?

Be sure not to assign the mgi port to a specific station or other stations will not be able to use it. The system will allow the channel to be in the group as well as be static assigned to a specific station leaving the group useless.

I get this error on two conditions: 1) When the LAN cable is disconnected from the OAS card. 2) I also get this intermittently on mult. sites (OS7100,7200-s, 7200, etc) I don't have any explanation for it. I know that I remotely reboot the OAS card and the MGI channels come back up. Samsung's docs explaining the error codes are not well defined
Thank you!
