Just for grins... You said that the system was defaulted? How? If you didn't leave the slide switch in the off position on the processor for over 2 minutes, then you may have gliched the software. Default again, don't use MMC 811. If that don't fix it then I would remove the card via MMC 806 and re-install it. If that doesn't do it, then take it down to minimal config. That means remove all DLI, trunks and Sli except the card that is in trouble and test it. It's possible that the P/S is now bad because of the power removal and the load is too much. The cable should be fine becasue you were able to answer the call even tho it didn't ring. The key is that it doesn't ring either internal or external. Start looking backwards. :toast:
