Yes the Samsung system can do caller ID routing using a full time auto attendant. I'm assuming your using POTS lines here. In the direct trunk menu page 1 change the "take input from" field to CID (default is trunk). Then on page 2 create an entry for the telephone number you want it to recognize and point it to whatever you want. It has to match exactly how it comes in, you might need to view a call in port activity first.
Your entry might look like
18885551515 GoTo EXT 01 201
or something like that.
