At a customer site we have call queuing set up. The calls come in and go to dept group 3, which its pilot number is 3500. The sole member is the main reception. All works correctly. Now they want to have a second phone at reception that would have the ability to pick up calls but not ring at that extension. The system holds all queued calls for dept group 3 so they are not accessable to anyone not in that dept group. Is there a way to have the calls still call queue to the main reception and have another extension be able to pick up the calls if they want to. Any help is appreciated.

What SYSTEM??? Extensions and such don't mean a thing if we don't know what we are working on.
