Purchased a DSX 40 to install for a customer. Software version says 1.3 when I log in through my laptop. Have an Intramail also connected. Setup for answering after hours, after I get the auto attendant message when I enter an extension number it rings the phone but never goes to that phones voicemail. my DAT says that 3 is an UTRF (unscreened transfer) to xxx. Under the extension in question I have all calls on B/RNA going to that extensions mailbox and it works if I manually transfer an outside call or call internally over intercom. Also works if I call into the auto attendant and have the phone in question in DND. What gives, can someone help me.
I have noticed that this system and voicemail has alot of similarities to the old DS-01 and NVM. I sell Avaya now, but am not happy with thier Partner platform and am looking for something to put my "basic needs" customers into. Saw this at a trade show and was impressed.
I'll stop rambling now.
