A base system 192 is 48 ports total.
16x32 maximum, so it must have a PKU chip since the system had more than 32 stations assigned before he added the new ESi card (32 digital phone ports plus his vm ports).
If the ports are green in 1-2-04 it means they are assigned as CAR (virtual) and not available for use with real desktop ext's.
Go back and look at 7-1 for the card you just assigned, (cabinet 1 slot 3) it will tell you the first port assigned to that card.
Program your ext #'s to those ports in 4-10 then try cross connecting an ext to the yellow/orange pair on the first amp tail ( the one with your CO lines ).
I have a feeling you do not have any stn #'s assigned to the ports on the card in slot 3 and therefore the ext's will not come up.
