everything is done by ports. you need to know what port the phone you want to ring is. if it has a display, press feature 4. if not plug one in temp & do the feature 4. the display will show the ext then the port.
1>get into programming 2>press line 4 (4th clear button) 3>you're in day ringing (4-01) 4>conference to get to the port you found above 5>press the line buttons you need to ring. green is right away, red is delay, off is no ring 6>after lighting the lights, press transfer to write 7>speaker to get out of programming or go to 8 if another 8>press 01 on keypad 9>go to step 4
