I have recently joined my company as their IT Manager after they terminated their previous guy. As well all know most of the time when it is a bad termination most of the important information goes with the previous person. Well, I have no documentation on my telephone system and I am new the the NEC phone systems. Is there anyone out there that has any info they can give me on the Electra Elite 192 system.
