We've been having ongoing issues on a CIX670 system. When calling into the main PRI number at our office, callers frequently get static once the call is connected (can't hear the greeting), or they'll get a fast busy, or they'll get disconnected after a several seconds, without ever reaching the system greeting. The phone company ran intrusive testing for 2 consecutive nights on the PRI, and found no errors. Could the phone system be causing these issues, and not the PRI? Is there a way to check with emanager? We already had a service tech check and say he didn't see any problems with the system. The system was power cycled already but did not help.
