CIX 670... A Little Help Please. On eManager under COS... COS 40 Disconnect Outgoing Call and in System Data... System 22... They are both greyed out. I can not make changes. I am logged on as the administrator. Does anyone know why? Can this be fixed? I have some phones that are set up for public use but they are being taking advantage of and the Administrators want to limit the time of the outgoing calls.
