jopejr - the information on # and * came from the tech support people who set up this DK280 system and trained me on the basics about ten years ago. We still have a good working relationship for phone support (and on-site for major changes).

This information is also in the Telco Contact VoiceMail Installation manual which they left with the equipment. Again, the examples I gave were for my non-toshiba voicemail - you need to find manuals for and/or someone familiar with your Phone Express to determine whether I'm pointing you in the right direction or on a wild goose chase.
