We purchased a 4 Port Toshiba Strategy voice mail from a vendor who DID NOT clear the password before shipment. OUr customer does not have a modem so we can have Toshiba reset the voice mail. Instead of pulling the system out, and returning it back to our office. HOW CAN WE RESET PASSWORD ON THE VOICE MAIL?? PLEASE HELP

tele you are going to need a modem. maybe you can loan them one? the only way i know is to have tech support reset martin
