One of my customers has a DBS96 system and they have a key that is programmed to access their voicemail box. The hunt group of the voicemail is 160 and consists of extensions 161-168. The button is programmed as such:CA160A99 which is (conference ,auto, 160 auto, station speed dial 99.) the issue that we are having is that once 160 is dialed it will not dial the station speed dial number 99.
We can use one of the members for instance 161-168 and auto 99 and it works but when we dial the huntgroup pilot number it does not. This previously worked and "someone" did some programming and thinks they may have possibly caused the issue we are having. Please help!
