Is it possible to go directly to a MB from the AA. I have a 124i w/NVM-2e. I currently am using x301-336, and would like to use the remaining MB's (not exts) for message notification, when someone leaves a message off the Main Greeting for a certain MB. (Example MB 337)The customer is using the Directory to find the number, but always tries the "Extension", which there is none. Any suggestions

You should be able to activate auto attendant DND in the mail box for 337. You have that option when you record a greeting for the mailbox.

If somebody would leave a Message in phantom MB for particular person you can make Notification. Then in the company's Directories you have to attache that person's name to that phantom mailbox as a point of Message. But if somebody dial ext.# manually then AA will send them to the right extension. But you have to make sure that there are as many phantom MBs as you needed but not only one.

In program 0502 you must create virtual mailboxes for any number that you wish a caller to dial. Use port numbers 73 and up. Then go to program 1027 and set immediate CFD to the first Voice Mail port.
