As far as I'm concerned it's correct. BUT, like I said, customer claims calls would overflow, hunt, forward, whatever to ext 103, port 004 after 2-3 rings. But NOT switch to overflow. EVERY CALL RANG AT THE CONSOLE, THEN WENT TO ext 103! I do not see how this can be, but I've been told it works by other customers!
Re COS 1, I didn't change anything there.
Re change timer, maybe, but it's 2 hours away.
I have access to another 50/MS55 at a motel close by, maybe I'll set up the scenarios I can imagine on paper and try them out there. They say theirs used to do it too!
I'll let you know if I figure it out, you do the same. As far as I can see, it's a contradiction that can't happen, based on feature descriptions!
