I have a Mitel SX-50 and we have setup the RS-232 port to send out messages to our PC. Recently, this port stopped sending the string that we use to do call accounting. Anybody know if somehow this got disabled or if the port is dead? It has worked since 1999 and I have also opened an Hypertimal window to capture the string, but I have a feeling that the SX-50 is simply not sending anything out on that port. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this would be great.
Thanks (My first Post)
