Well it seems to be a PRI card as opposed to a module that mounts on the BCC card. Odd that you had a card working before and you have programmed other cards w2ith no problem. I talked to a guy who just programmed up a pri using IMATS but it was module on BCC card. He said he used like .241 as extension and did not program any gateway or subnet mask but not sure how much credence I give that because he isn't much of a computer guy and so may have just forgotten what he did according to the manual after he did it. Sorry I can't be more help on this. but it is sounding more and more like it may be the card. have you been able to connect to the diagnostics via RS 232?
