Check the Guest Over Mailbox's Limit report and see if the mailbox's size needs to be adjusted.

I don't know anything about this system and I am not on site. Is there a procedure that I can walk someone through on site?

Dane, if you haven't worked on them and I also see that you mentioned they have a vendor for the Avaya switch. My best advice is to have them get there butts out there and actually sit down and go through the vm and clean it up. As you stated above it works for 2 -3 weeks after a reset then I would think that the vm is fine and there is something filling it up such as low storage time.

As far as walking someone through it they would have to go to the pc and log in and go though the fields so you see it isn't something that is a fast fix.

I think the worst thing you could do is get in the middle of this when you don't know anything about the system. Please don't that this the wrong way, I just don't want to see you take the blame for anything that may go bad.

If you want to take a stab at it here is a link to the avaya's docs for it.

Thanks. The problem is that their current vendor is saying the whole voice mail needs to be replaced (and apparently the price tag is pretty high) and they are not too enamored with the service company and feel they are being given the runaround. But I agree it's not my intention to get into this too deeply just wanted to do the research then maybe get someone else involved.

One more thing. Is this voice mail a card in the PBX ? With a hard drive?
