Have you tried it without the vm card in?
And what type phones are you using?

And like I said in my post I had one that the only way I cleared it up was to completly wipe out the programing and start fresh.

I have not tried it without the voice mail card and the phones they are using are Euro 18D.

I guess the best solution like you said would be to start fresh. I am just not familiar with the Avaya system. I did print out the manual. It is only about 500 pages so I will have fun this weekend.

When you get ready to reprogram give me a call and would be glad to help.

Another thing you might try before wiping it out is: Unplug everything from control unit, lines and extensions.

Then start putting them back in and see when the problem starts back. This would troubleshoot your wiring.

Like mongo stated I to have seen wiring make a system do some crazy stuff.
