Thank you all, he read out the software,he could have been mistaken, I know we went through everything and never found "capabilities."

I will look for permissions. This is kind of a sad case, he is trying to start a business on one line and his house is being repossessed so I did what I could on the phone, his supercap is dead, he has no memory on the system.

Am I right in guessing that the DR software cartridge has no memory, it is on the motherboard?

I think 6X16 and 8X24's memory caps are on the Software Cartridge.

Older software try under Configuration/Sets/2X/Handsfree
Something like that.

For 6x16's, the software card started having caps for DR5 (as well as caps on the mother board.). Before that, it was solely on the mother board.

Again, your version code indicates 6x16, DR2, revision 4.

Been meaning to say thanks, Capabilities was called "Permissions" and it was under B. Gen. Admin.

That is ancient software.
