well we tried everything,in wan port i can ping no problem,but i get access denied when putting pwd,i tried with security pwd as well,no go
when i ping the lan port i get no response,don't know what else to try

I suppose you could re-build the SD card with Manager and try again...

I've been given instructions on trying thru serial port will try tomorrow

Just use the reset button on the back of the unit. Power it up, press the button for 30 to 40 seconds until it is flashing orange and then release.

@ Tommy tried that it didn't help, but, with the procedure to reset thru the serial port worked. i reloaded my backup and i'm back in business.
