Thank you for the reply mdaniel.

I apologize for getting antsy. I do a lot of work for CPA's and I understand being busy, ESPECIALLY now. Good to have work though isn't it? This problem has been bugging me for over a month. I felt I was right on the verge of the answer but after a few days I got discouraged.

They have:
IPOFFICE 10.0 (53)
VOICEMAIL PRO 8.0 (3006)
Here are screenshots that may be useful.
I tried to post as just photos but they exceeded the 2 bytes size limit. Seemed odd so I just threw them onto a webpage.

New weirdness is that I see in the time resource status it shows off -7:00 but the timestamps are actually off by 6 hrs????

No problem,
I ran this by one of our guys today and he said that he ran into a similar situation a few months back and power cycling (only) the VM server fixed the problem.

GREAT! I'll give that a whack. I had read somewhere else about doing that but was hesitant. It also said something about the IPO defaulting it's timeserver if the VMPRO wasn't available. If that happens though I already know where to reset that.

Thanks a million!

That did the trick! The only oddity is that the VMPRO status screen still shows a 7 hr offset. But since I'm the only one who will see it I won't stress over it. If the customer is happy, I'm happy.

Thanks again Mdaniel
