Trunk group number didn't work either. I tried routing it everyway I know, but I still continue to have this issue

Stupid question, are you routing over two seperate trunk groups..ie the call comes in one tgrp and out another?

Hmm, I wonder with the extended dial if you have to enable trunk to trunk unsupervised. It's in SFE.

Ocassionally, we have had issues in which the CF_ALL to a LIB that houses a LD number wouldn't connect. We actually had to invoke the VM to dial the number in order for the call to be completed.
