Have you assigned the lines to the HG? This prevent DRT and transfer recall timer from coming into play.

Ihaven't assigned any lines to the hunt group as they are answered by the AA and callers press 1 for access to this hunt group.
I have a test BCM set up in our office and can't make it work on this one as well although the analog ext with a mailbox works fine.

Overflow timer is set to 15. Any longer and it sends it back to the AA greeting

Assigning the line to the HG will prevent them from recalling to AA and when the que timer expires the call will go to the HG mailbox.

As Marv said earlier, Make sure those lines do not appear on the hunt group phones. Not even appear only, but NOT appear and NOT ring.

Did you make sure that the ext in the HG that has the mail box for is in member position 1 or the top one? If not, move it up.

None of the incomimg lines appear on any of the sets in the hunt group. We are using PRI at this location. We have no target lines for these extensions.

The main published number is answered by auto attendant and dispersed by the tree.

Not sure what you are asking on this one
The mailbox I had originally set up was the hunt group dn. Doesn't work. Using broadcast HG.

If you using Broadcast HG your time Overflow doesn't apply. Only Sequential or Rotary HG will follow time Overflow settings.

When you go into admin prog, into hunt group of the one in question, you can list the members of the hunt group. For example: if you have 4 DN's in the hunt group, member #1=225, 2=245, 3=234, 4=238. If 238 is the ext you want VM at, you need to move it up to member #1=238. There is a move prompt in the programming.

And if you made a hunt group mail box, did you assign it to x238 (as in the example above)?

I am using broadcast with the timer set to 15 (approx. 3 rings) The customer needs all sets to ring at the same time.

When called, the hunt group rings 3 times then forwards to the analog station, permanently forwarded to vmail and I have a mailbox set up on. All the sets are alternates to the mailbox.

I want to set it up so that I don't have to burn an analog port. I should, from all the posts I have read here, should be able to set up a mailbox for the hunt group, using the hunt group # itself, or am I missing something?????

Option 1
Over flow to one last set, it will ring this set only for a few more rings then it will go to it's vmail based on FNA.

Option 2
If HG is DN 777 and Vmail is 555
Create Mailbox 777 and tell it DN is 777
Overflow to 555
Go into mailbox 777 and setup off prem notify to = Internal ext 777
This method will have calls go to mailbox 777, when message is left then all sets in HG 777 will ring with the notifacation therefore anyone in that HG can check the message.
If somebody in the HG does not have a personal box you then you can also go into F983/Mbox/CHg/777 and make the alternate ext that persons DN.
