got a call pilot 100 new in box
i changed my laptop to 192.168.110.12
rebooted it tested my cross over cable i can ping the call pilot but cant get in a my missing something
HELP

Gotta ask...everytime I had this problem it was a subnet issue. 255.255.0.0? If it is reboot the crash pilot and wait 10-15 minutes.

yeah set that up it pings ok rebooted my pc rebooted the stupid pilot
nothing
any more hints

If you connect a serial cable, you can watch the bootup command line.. When it's ready, it will say so! Of course if cp does not respond to feature commands it never booted completely. I would say bad unit!!
