my company just bought an old AT&T Partner system. and I am the one that get to program it. it has two 206E's one is an R4.1 and the other is a R3.1 the processor is a R3.1, then there is a 400E R3.1 and a Partner Mail VS R5.0. I have looked through all of the documentation that I have to try and find out; what is the minimum programming that is needed to access the voice mail from one of the phones. I have the voice mail ports all set to group 7 (it is a 4 port voice mail card) I show that the ports are 44,45,46,and 47. I have done the other steps to try and get to programming the voice mail, and when I try intercom 777, I get a busy signal. then I am not able to go any further. also, is there a battery inside one of the cards that can be replace so that I dont have to start from scratch every time I unplug it?
