The problem is when the users external forward their phone. Once forwarded if you call their phone from another extension, the call forwards just fine to the external number (they fwd to dest code 5 then the telephone number) However if you call the forwarded station on their DID number it rings their phone at first then looks like it forwards, however on the caller end they get a reorder tone (fast busy) as if the DID wasn't programmed. I was looking around and thought I saw something where the caller ID can being passed thru the system and going out to the route on dest code 5, and the carrier of that route is receiving those and not knowing what to do with it. Any suggestions? Both PRI's work fine, and all aspects of the system but THIS ONE works great. System is a MICS 4.1 , we have other 4.1's that works great on.
