Hi bug, With that model number I think you have Centrex phones. If I'm not mistaken this means Central office exchange which means your C.O. is responsible for the programming since the switch is in their facility. That being said, I beleive all you have to do to program the buttons is press the button you want to program, dial the number you want and then press the button again. Hope that helps and good luck.
