This is weird. I have a customer with a ACS rel 4, and a PC card large VM. Every 3rd time you access the voice mail, 777, it goes through. The rest of the time it just rings. I reseated the card, checked the programming and you can always access the vm extensions, 78 and 79 directly.

Did you make 100% sure that 78 and 79 are the ONLY exts in 505?

That was it, one of my techs didn't take out the old extensions from the vm group. I didn't even think of this because it's been changed for 8 months and they never said anything. Thanks
