Hi guys and girls.
Just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a 7030 officeserv which is connected to my laptop. I can’t work out why I can’t log into it using installation tools. The username as admin and password is Unknown. Does any one know what the pass is and how can I get into the system to back it up. I tried all options I know passwords but still no good.
Any help will be greatly appriciated

Hello,
I am in the same situation as you.
I can not access and the company that installed the central no longer exists and I do not get support on samsung.
You know some way to access without having to erase everything. It is a nursing home.
I would appreciate any help.
