I'm having trouble with my Sip trunking, ie: not getting dial tone on the line appearance and not getting a busy when I hit the line. System is registering with Intermedia, so I plan to replace the KSU. How do I upload the saved program file to the new system? Thanks

Why replace the KSU, bad backplane or power supply? SIP is software related not hardware related. If the CPU is replaced, you will have to transfer the SIP license.

This is likely a port issue with your router/firewall - have you run a wireshark capture to determine where the issue is occuring?

Have you checked the setting in 84-26?

Had a timely reminder of SIP trunks not working this week. ended up setting the data in 10-68 to default save the settings then resetting the system then put it back in, save and reset again and all good. The CPU battery was down and there had been a brief power outage. the sequence above resets the SIP stack in the system so it can move on again.

CPU battery down? The only thing the battery holds up is time and date, data base is non-volatile, outside of that yes, power surges can and do at times, corrupt data or as we all know knock out hardware.
