Customer with 7100 randomly resets 3-4 times a day. Would you lean toward cabinet or processor? Thanks.

I have had this happen for two reasons. LAN issues. If the system is on the LAN, unplug and see if this solves the issue.

The other reason I found is a bad cabinet fan will cause this.

Glad you got it figured out. That was the obvious thing to check first and it didn't occur to me at the time.
