Hello, need help on how to program the CCR of the NEC SV8100.
I was able to direct all incoming calls to the main greeting but cannot figure-out on how to distribute the options like press 1, press 2 etc..

Thanks in advance.

Which VM do you have? Inmail CF chip, or a UM-8000 VM blade?
Inmail is done through dial action tables. UM-8000 through one key dialing.

Hi Helpifican,

Thanks for your prompt response.
It's an Inmail CF chip. Are you able to provide instruction or guide on how to set it up?

Many thanks.

I was hoping there's a way on the programming to do it as i find it more simple doing a CCR via the system programming than from the phone unit.

thanks much.

Not sure, but I believe the 8100 is similar to the SL1100, whose Dial Action Table is at 47-13.

Thanks Mickamg. will check it out when i have the chance. So, there's no way to do it through the system programming?...and i'm limited via the dial action table?

Thanks again.

Hi Jim, i was onsite yesterday and there's no program 47 there...only 41, 45 then 84. Have tried 3 several logins but to no avail. Unless i have to do the programming over the phone which i am not familiar.

Kindly advise.
Thanks.

you need the log in information for tech, you were in the admin1 or admin2 which does not allow access to 47
