I have a Vodavi STSE with the 24 button set that was being used in a space by one customer and they moved out yesterday taking thier 2 CO's with them, today a new customer moved in so I connected thier 2 CO's that they had moved over from thier old location(that didn't have a pbx) to the vodavi and the phones won't roll to the next line. So basically if I call the main line and I answer, when I call that main line again it just rings and rings. Should thier be any rolling set up on the CO's side? Or should I check to make sure they don't have some setting on thier line that's causing this? I do know when your on line 1 and you call line one, it beeps in the handset your on, but never rings to any of the other phones.
Thanks for any info

Sounds like the provider has call waiting on the main line as opposed to it hunting to the second line. Changing this is not a function of the STSe. You should check with the dialtone provider to see if they have the lines set up correctly for hunting.
