Vodavi STS -
Customer had a power outage overnight. The electric company reset power multiple times. All programming seems to be in tact including the voice mail boxes, button programming, etc.

The issue is that the night button on the receptionists phone is solid red and no matter how many times it is pressed, it doesn't change status or modes. The electric company moved them from temporary power back to permanent and was down another 5 minutes. When the phone system came back up the night button was flashing and now the wrong phones are ringing.

At the end of the day, we need the night button to function, but presently, we need day mode to be active.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I suspect that the night button is no longer programmed correctly. If the station can still be reached from any other phone by dialing 0 then it is main operator and that also means that the dnd code will program night service on that phone. Hit speed, speed, push the night button and then dial 631 on the keypad. You should get three quick beeps indicating the button has been successfully programmed.
