PhoneLady2000 Member Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 5 Iowa	Can someone help me with my Vertical Summit voice mail to email notification? It was working properly for months, now it suddenly stopped working. I have checked and rechecked all of my settings and I can't figure out what is going wrong. Anyone else have this problem? I'm using gmail for my email notification.

If you're using the Access Control List on the Summit, make sure to let port 465 out. Also, verify that you have a working DNS address assigned PGM 102. Jessi Zehnder Member Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 5 Bloomington, MN	As a test instead of using the URL for the Gmail SMTP server use the IP Address (64.233.181.108). That will eliminate DNS as an issue. Also Gmail uses TLS instead of SSL now. Change your SMTP Security to TLS and your SMTP port to 587. I have several Summit systems using Gmail as an SMTP server with these settings.
