Lately, a client of ours has been having trouble with their call accounting application crashing when trying to import daily CDR files from their Wave system.
With the help of the call accounting vendor, we discovered that sometime last month, the Wave system stopped putting a carriage return in between call records, causing one giant row of data to be exported. I don't see an option to change the formatting of the report, and Vertical's documentation explicitly says calls are delineated with a carriage return. Kind of at a loos.
Anyone have this happen before?

Have they reset the Wave? That tended to cur a lot of phantom problems.

Haven't tried that yet, mostly because the system's uptime is relatively short. It was upgraded to Windows 2008 and rebooted less than a month ago....and they're big!
I will give that a shot though.
