Hello all: I would like to know if you can get caller id on the Electra professional Level 1. Customer says that they had it before. I checked the manual but couldn't find any reference to Caller ID. It has a COI C(4) 10 KTU installed. Thanks for any help

I have never seen caller ID on the Level I.
