I think this issue has been discussed before but I can't remember the cause. We have a situation where several phones on (2) different sds-16 cards located in an expansion cabinet are dialing out spontaneously. The numbers dialed are valid numbers including the internal page code. We have replaced some of the phones and both SDS-16 cards and the problem continues. Not sure where to go next!!

If it is dialing the last number dialed it usually is a short in the wiring to the phone.

Yep I'd agree with Dlr920. Turn on BlackBox and email it to tech support or some else who may be able to read it.

It is dialing valid phone numbers but not the last number dialed. There are about 6 phones doing it, so I guess we'll need to replace 1 at a time to isolate the problem. Is it possible the SCSI expansion has an issue or something on the motherboard of that cabinet?

How long have the expansion cabinet, station boards, and phones been installed?

The expansion has been in about 3 years and phones probably 10 years.
