I think I've tried this on every set in my office. Do you, in fact, pick up the receiver first? I think I've tried every combination. Don't know what the issue is. BTW, has NEC gotten out of the phone business? I cant' find any support on their website for these issues.

No they are still in the phone business but usually expect the customer to go to their supplier or maintenance provider of the system for this sort of info..

If they have the IPK II the feature 9# is not going to work.
Speaker 728, enter hour in 24 hour format and than minutes. Date has to be done in system programming.
