Hello,
Looking for help. We now own our Samsung pbx office set 7030 system . We currently run 4 phones from it. (Small office)
We want to change the phone number that all incoming calls divert to . The problem is the current number it diverts to is on a ring plan within the system and we don’t seem to be able to access the ring plan via a handset.
Is there some software I can download on my pc to help me access the pbx ? Or do I not need to do that ?
2nd problem , we are not sure who hosts the phone number for the pbx. I realise that’s sounds daft but we cancelled service and lease agreements to own the system we had been paying for, for years! and currently only get charged for a pstn line that we use for internet (pstn line is a different number to our phone number) .
Any help would be really appreciated.

Basically any programming should be doable from a handset, although yes there is pc based software. But if you don't know how to program then that can be a challenge. You will probably need a password unless it is at default.Who handled the system before? It may be easier and fairly simple to see if a local tech can help out.
