We've had PRI's for I'd say 20+ years (HiCap with a couple clecs, then a few years ago, TPx SIP->PRI with an Adtran) and have never had two issues that started after porting to Spectrum. One was they were camping on calls to busy stations, after weeks of arguing and them telling us it was a problem with the 3300, they tweaked the M500 and fixed it (it was their issue after all).

Second and most annoying. *67 private calls from Frontier and AT&T landlines display "Private" on the 6940's, 4050, etc. *67 calls from SIP (I've tested from Flowroute and RingCentral) and mobiles (tested rom t-mobile and xfinity) have no name display, just displays the Trunk number. Looking at the ccs trace inbound there's no name (be it Private, Anonymous, Unknown) in the trace from mobiles and sip, but on calls from the landlines, Anonymous or Private shows in the trace.

Issue is when a Private call is forwarded, the call fails at the mobile end (phones dont get an indication of a call). Caller will randomly get dead air, or a busy (not sure from where).

When a *67 call originates from the Frontier and AT&T landlines, the mobile does not see Unknown or Private, the called mobile see the originating number, it is not Private. (Not sure if this is the 3300 issue or in the way Spectrum is sending us the call).

When I set the Don't Pass Originating CLID in the switch, all is fine, but people want to see who's calling on forwaded calls, so not a good fix!

The 3300 is a very popular switch, the M500 is very popular, I can't believe the M500 isn't as compatible with the 3300 as an Adtran.

Is there any way I can add "Private" to CCS in the 3300 when Spectrum fails to send us the call marked as such? Anyone else have weird compatibility issues using Spectrum Enterprise PRI service?

Also, up until recently, when a call was forwarded, that was it, it wouldn't reroute no matter how long the called party rang. Now it does reroute. I've set Timers to 60 sec. but that's not good for a no answer reroute to local voicemail. I've looked for a solution, changed COS, only setting the reroute timer to a minute helped. Does the 3300 self update, maybe the update broke something? Or why would this behaviour change all of a sudden?
