I still have a couple of these out there. The one is 2 cabinet, fully loaded. CID no longert works. I've checked it coming in from the carrier (Verizon) I do get CID,
All I ahve for spares are power supplies. Any suggestions? Or has anyone else had the issue. I ahve reset the system with no results. I did not "Clear Memory" and re-load.

I'm not a Samsung expert but I would swap out the trunk card. BTW, I have lots of parts in my office, send me a PM and I will try to help you out. Kevin
