Idcs 100 is stuck on the boot process, it powers on, green lights, the phones read " VER 1.7" but never finish booting up.
What do you think is wrong with the system?

Usually the power supply occasionally the MCP cards gets corrupted. Depends I guess whether you have a release 1 or 2

Usually the power supply occasionally the MCP cards gets corrupted. Depends I guess whether you have a release 1 or 2 MP LED is flashing quickly SP is solid Green and not flashing at all. I'm not sure if its release 1 or release 2. What is the best way to uncorrupt the MCP? Load new software or replace the card? Thanks

Sounds like you have a release 2 . I' d still lean towards a power supply first they are a known problem

Yep, There are two leds on the power supply, one is DC and the other is AC. Check to see if they are both on. Though sometimes, even if they are, the PS can be bad. Enough juice to supply power to the phones so you see the ver.... but not enough to boot the MP.
