Hi Folk we are using Officeserv 7400 in Hotel mode connected to PMS using Samsung's official Hotel Interface for Check-In/Out and call Cost etc.

Once in a while we are getting the error "SMDR Information Buffer Full!!" all Administrator Phones are ringing randomly/constantly showing this error.

Please not that we are NOT working with SMDR Printers, they are all deactivated in 5.6.2.
The Information is all send directly to the PMS trough Samsungs official Hotel PMS Interface.

- We tried to empy the Printer buffers (in case this is the problem) by aktivating the SMDR Printer and connecting to hyperterminal. The connection worked. We tried the command "Buffered Data printout" but there is basicaly nothig in the SMDR-Printer-Buffer...
- We have checked-out all Hotel-rooms so that all the Room-Data will be delleted in the system
- We canceled the OfficeServ Alarm Buffer
- We restarted the System serveral times
- We checked the disk space (storage) on the File Control. There is planty of space.

Nothing helped. It keeps ringing every other hour with the same error: SMDR Information Buffer Full!!
What can we do? Does anyone have an idea what buffer this warning/altert is relating to? How can we empty the SMDR-Information-Buffer ?
