The list will mostly cover product lines that have been terminated since 2010. Let's try to keep the information up to date as time goes on! If you have an announcement link for another brand/model that has been discontinued please reply to this post & let me know. EoS = End of Sale EoL = End of Life (end of support, etc.) Mitel - discontinuing certain products including all digital phones EoS 2021-07-31 EoL 2024-07-31: SX200 EoS 2024-07-06 EoL 2025-12-31: MiVoice Office 400 NEC - exiting the market, NA & EMEA cloud transitioning to Intermedia EoS 2024-12-31 EoL 2026-03-31: NEC SL2100, NEC SV9100, NEC 3C Add-on licensing apparently available until 2030-03-31 Nortel - exited the market after acquisition by Avaya EoS 2010-10-04 EoL 2013-10-04: CICS/MICS EoS 2012-10-01 EoL 2015-10-01: BCM EoS 2015-11-19 EoL 2018-06-01: CS1000 Panasonic - exited the market EoS 2023-01-31 EoL 2029-12-29: all Unified Communications products Samsung - exited the market EoS 2019-09-30 EoL 2021-09-30: business phone systems, OfficeServ and SCM Products Shoretel - brand being phased out after acquisition by Mitel EoS 2022-06-30: ShoreTel Connect Cloud EoL 2020-09-30: ShoreTel 14.2 Toshiba - exited the market after acquisition by Mitel EoS 2020-10-31 EoL 2021-10-31: all Toshiba telecommunications systems Last edited by Toner; 10/01/24 03:15 PM. My thinking with this thread was to list manufacturers (or at least brands) that are completely out of the game... Looking for a VoIP Phone Canada provider?
