Customer has a Barracuda Firewall that has client VPN set up and the app on their cell. When they try and use the MLC app over the VPN they have multiple issues. No audio sometimes, features are not functioning correctly etc. However when in the office on Wifi or utilizing NAT they have no issues. The issue is they have a remote site with a site to site VPN that has IP phones. When NAT is disabled the remote phones function fine. NEC has told us we cannot use NAT with Remote phones over a VPN it is one or another. We have several other customers with SonicWall VPN connections that do not have this issue. Anyone come across this before?
